What caused Europe floods July 2021: The reason why people were caught out giving

Why the Floods?
It's all down a low pressure system which was slow-moving over Germany Tuesday – Thursday this pulled in a continuous supply of warm and humid air wrapping around the northern flank of vertically stacked low, the warm and moist air lifted in to relatively cold upper air producing cumulonimbus clouds which were unusually slow moving giving heavy rain across eastern Belgium and western Germany.
Some people will say this is down to Climate Change, it is NOT there has always been severe weather around the globe it only with technology internet smart phones you name it we are more aware of severe global weather.
The Ayr Valley in western Germany, is one of the areas badly affected this past week, and they saw devastating flooding but is in a flood plane which has had severe flooding in the past on 12th June 1910 in the same locations. At least 52 people were killed, possibly a lot more and hundreds were killed in 1927 in similar floods.
